Krystle Rucker is a multi-business entrepreneur whose work spans beauty, agriculture, education, consulting, and community development. She is a licensed cosmetologist and barber, the founder and owner of KRB Hair Studio, the founder of Rucker Farm Co., and the creator of Grow With Krys — a platform for gardening, farming, and food-sustainability education.

As a business consultant and implementation strategist, Krystle helps new and growing entrepreneurs organize their ideas, strengthen their foundations, and take practical next steps. She is a conference speaker, a gardening and agriculture educator, and a certified Master Gardener who brings hands-on, inclusive education to families, schools, and communities.

Krystle is also the Founder and President of the Opportunity & Equity Foundation, a nonprofit supporting youth, families, neurodiverse individuals, and underserved communities. As a passionate advocate for inclusion, she designs programs that welcome people of all abilities and backgrounds.
